Since my executive recruiting career began in 1989, my success has been built on developing trust level relationships with clients and candidates who sell Analytical Instruments, Informatics, LIMS and IT solutions to a wide variety of industries worldwide. Positions include Account Managers, Regional Sales Managers, PhD level Sales Support Scientists, Product Managers, Project Directors, Director and VP level Sales, Marketing and IT executives with regional, national or global responsibilities.

Although I have proven abilities to help secure the hardest to find talent for roles that clients have been trying to fill using their existing resources, I get tremendous satisfaction by solving clients’ most complex search assignment: replacing an under-performing executive while the role is still occupied — and doing it without disruption to their clients or staff.

In no uncertain terms, my success is based primarily on the quality of candidates that I introduce to my clients, and the quality of roles that I present to my candidates.  I never lose sight of the fact that I’m affecting my clients’ and candidates’ lives in a way that very few things will supplant. For most people, their top “life priorities” are their family, their religion, their home, their career, and doing the things they enjoy — and not necessarily in that order.  Knowing this, I always make an effort to learn as much as possible about each opportunity – which comprises much more than just the position for which we are conducting the search. As well, I invest considerable time getting to know each of my candidates. Not just what their skills and capabilities are, but to truly understand each of my candidates’ goals and objectives – in their careers and in their everyday lives. Because if I can positively impact the career success of my clients and my candidates, in turn, they can more easily achieve the other milestones they’ve set forth for themselves and their families.
